PetWatch Animal Hospitals, Inc, (“The Company”), is a Delaware C-corp founded in 2007 for the purpose of consolidating the veterinary care industry in selected regional markets through internal growth and the acquisition of established veterinary hospitals.  The Company intends to expand same store revenue growth and capitalize on economies of scale and cost reduction efficiencies in order to enhance profitability of the acquired veterinary practices and the value of the Company.
